Information and Help Desk
There is a central information desk (tel: 502 368 6524) available in the middle of the lower level; it is open seven days a week.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
The airport has a bank and bureau de change, available on the upper level of the terminal. ATMs can be found in the terminal building. There are also telephones, several equipped with data ports, and a post box available at the airport. A wireless Internet service via the VoiceStream network is also available.
Eating and drinking: There are a wide range of restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets and cafés at the airport.
Shopping: The airport offer several newsagents, a convenience store, an equestrian shop, a PGA golf shop, a sports shop, a bookshop, a gift shop and a toy shop.
Luggage services: Left-luggage can be found at the airport. A lost property service is handled by the airport police (tel: 502 367 4636 ext. 264).
Other facilities: The airport also offers family rooms, including three brand new ones which have been built as part of the upgrading project. A games arcade and shoeshine service are other available facilities.

Conference and Business Facilities
The Louisville Concierge and Business Center (tel: 502 657 0098) can be found on the upper level of Departures ; it provides computer workstations with Internet access, photocopying, fax and notary services, as well as overnight shipping, document shredding and international telephones. There is also a conference room for up to 14 people, available for hire. A new business centre is currently under construction and will be located on the mezzanine level.

Disabled Facilities
The airport provides specially-designed ramps and kerbs for disabled passengers.Lifts are fitted with Braille control buttons. There is one TDD telephone per bank of telephones; telephones are also wheelchair-accessible. For wheelchairs and assistance with boarding, passengers with disabilities should contact their airline prior to travel. Two eight-passenger chauffeured electric carts and a 93m (310ft) escalator transport passengers to/from gates. Reduced-rate disabled parking is available in the covered car park, close to lifts.
